One thing to be clear about before you scroll the list. We do not operate walk-in clinics. There is no building in Santa Monica with our name over the door, and none in Pasadena either.
Our urgent care locations are coverage areas, not addresses. Each neighborhood page below describes the service we bring into that area. The location of your visit is wherever you happen to be: your living room, a hotel room near the airport, an office in Century City, or a set in the Valley.
That distinction matters because it changes what you should expect. There is no lobby, no queue, and no sign-in sheet. You call, we confirm a time window, and a board-certified physician arrives with the equipment needed to examine, test and treat on the spot.
It also means coverage is genuinely continuous rather than a list of branches with separate opening hours. Every one of our urgent care locations is served 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays and the middle of the night.
It is worth saying why this model suits this city in particular. In a compact place, the difference between a clinic visit and a home visit is convenience. In Los Angeles it is frequently the difference between getting care and skipping it.
Consider what a conventional urgent care visit actually costs you here. You drive, often across a freeway, often at the worst possible hour. You find parking. You sit in a room with a dozen other people who are also unwell, for an unpredictable stretch. You are seen briefly, then you drive home. Three to four hours is a normal total, and every part of it is worse when you have a fever.
Now add the cases where that sequence is not merely unpleasant but genuinely unsafe or impossible. A patient too dizzy to drive. An eighty-year-old for whom a parking structure and a long wait are exhausting. A parent with a sick toddler and a second child at home. Someone immunocompromised for whom a crowded waiting room is a real hazard rather than an annoyance. For all of these, urgent care locations that require travel are functionally unavailable, whatever the opening hours say.

Region One
The busiest of our urgent care locations, running from the beach through Beverly Hills to the Mid-Wilshire corridor. Dense, heavily trafficked, and the part of town where driving to a clinic costs the most time.
Travelers make up a large share of visits here, particularly around the airport and the Beverly Hills hotels. Those are handled through our hotel doctor service, which coordinates directly with front desk and concierge staff.
Region Two
The Valley covers an enormous area, and clinic density drops noticeably toward its western and northern edges, which is exactly where mobile urgent care locations earn their value. It is also where summer heat makes an unnecessary car journey genuinely unpleasant for an unwell patient.
Production work is common across Burbank, Studio City and North Hollywood, and we see crew and cast on location regularly. Those visits work the same way as a home call, with the same equipment and the same discretion.
Region Three
Downtown, Hollywood and the eastside neighborhoods around Los Feliz and Silver Lake. Parking alone makes a clinic visit here more trouble than the illness usually warrants.
High-rise residential buildings downtown are straightforward for us. If your building requires a visitor to be announced, tell us when you book and we will handle it with the desk rather than leaving you to sort it out while unwell.
Region Four
The beach cities down through Torrance and out to the Palos Verdes peninsula. Here distance rather than congestion is the main obstacle, and these urgent care locations occasionally carry a slightly wider arrival window as a result. Coverage and the standard of the visit are unchanged.
Region Five
Pasadena and South Pasadena sit at the eastern edge of our regular coverage.
If your neighborhood does not appear on any list above, that does not automatically mean we cannot reach you. Coverage extends beyond the pages we have built out, and it is worth a phone call before assuming otherwise. A significant share of calls across our urgent care locations come from people who do not live here. Los Angeles takes in a very large number of business travelers, production crews and tourists, and falling ill in an unfamiliar city is disproportionately stressful. You do not know which clinic is any good, your insurance may work differently, and you may have a flight to think about.
In-room hotel visits solve most of that. We coordinate with the front desk, arrive discreetly, and treat in the room. Where a follow-up matters before travel, we make it, which is worth more than usual for someone about to spend eleven hours on a plane. Anyone staying near the airport, in Beverly Hills, downtown or on the Westside is squarely inside our regular coverage.
Consistent Everywhere
A visit in Woodland Hills is the same visit as one in Venice. There is no reduced service tier for outlying areas and no difference in what the physician carries.
Every visit covers a full symptom history, a focused physical examination, vital signs, and point-of-care testing where it helps. Treatment happens on the spot when appropriate, including prescriptions, injections and IV fluids. You finish with a diagnosis, a written plan, and clear warning signs that should prompt another call.
Common reasons for calling include flu and respiratory illness, sore throat and suspected strep, ear infections, urinary symptoms, stomach upset, minor injuries, rashes, and medication questions. Full detail is on our house call services page.
Children are covered by pediatric urgent care, overnight calls by our 24 hour doctor service, and questions that need no physical exam by telemedicine.
Preventive and diagnostic work travels to every area too. That includes blood draws and lab testing, flu shots, routine vaccines, IV hydration, and in-home Covid-19 testing. None of it is restricted to particular urgent care locations, and none of it requires you to visit a facility.
Patients who want continuing access rather than one-off visits are covered across the same areas through concierge medicine, which is worth considering if you find yourself calling more than occasionally.
Call 911 instead for chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, heavy bleeding, major trauma, or loss of consciousness. Our coverage is for urgent but stable problems. Emergencies need an emergency room regardless of which area you are in.
Being Realistic
Most patients are seen within an hour. That is a genuine average rather than a marketing line, and it is worth explaining what moves it in either direction, because Los Angeles geography is not uniform.
Distance. A visit in Malibu or Thousand Oaks involves a longer drive than one in Beverly Hills. Outlying urgent care locations sometimes carry a wider time window.
Time of day. Counterintuitively, late-night calls are often the fastest, because the roads are clear. Weekday afternoons across the 405 or the 101 are the slowest.
Demand. Cold and flu season raises call volume across every area at once.
We give you a realistic window when you call rather than a hopeful one. If the honest answer is ninety minutes, that is what you will be told, so you can decide whether to wait or seek care elsewhere. Being told an accurate time is more useful than being told a short one.
It is also worth comparing against the alternative honestly. An hour of waiting at home, in your own bed, is a materially different experience from an hour in a clinic waiting room after a thirty-minute drive. Even where a clinic could technically see you sooner, the total time from feeling unwell to being treated is frequently shorter across our urgent care locations, because none of it is spent travelling or queuing.

No. We are a mobile practice, so our urgent care locations are coverage areas rather than buildings. The physician travels to you at home, at work, or in a hotel. If you specifically want a facility with on-site X-ray or a walk-in service, a traditional urgent care clinic is the better choice and we will say so.
